14fe7dc663 Add Gitea Actions workflow for auto-deploy to Foundry LXC 
Builds CSS and compendium packs in CI, rsyncs the system to the
production Foundry server, and restarts the container on push to main.

628f3ab76c Optimize CLAUDE.md from 163 to 70 lines 
Compress spell casting, resources, and NoteDiscovery sections.
Remove redundant rule question protocol. Keep game rules reference and compendium review process.
