Cal Corum a963eb70d3 Add Phaser game asset placeholders ...

- Add board background placeholder
- Add type icons (fire, water, grass, lightning, psychic, etc.)
- Add UI elements (damage counter, zone highlight)
- Prevent missing asset errors in Phaser
