  • Add KB reference doc for the new cal/claude-plugins personal marketplace (20 plugins, install instructions, how to add new plugins)
  • Add permission-manager classifier development doc

Test plan

  • Frontmatter validates for kb-rag indexing
  • Plugin marketplace is live and tested (json-pretty@cal-claude-plugins installed successfully)
