Version control Claude Code configuration including:
- Global instructions (CLAUDE.md)
- User settings (settings.json)
- Custom agents (architect, designer, engineer, etc.)
- Custom skills (create-skill templates and workflows)

Excludes session data, secrets, cache, and temporary files per .gitignore.
