PD_SEASON was set to 9 in helpers/constants.py while games are
recorded in season 10. This caused /player command to return
no stats for cardset 27 cards since they only have season 10 data.
Changes:
- PD_SEASON: 9 → 10
- SBA_SEASON: 11 → 12
- ranked_cardsets: updated to current cardsets
- Added gauntlet-8 and gauntlet-9 configs
