Summary- Removed historical changelogs and completed bug fix postmortems- Removed content redundant with parent and sub-directory CLAUDE.md files- Compressed double-emoji docs from 94 lines to 3 lines- Updated deployment section to reflect Gitea Actions workflow- Kept all high-value gotchas (Docker Hub name, branch workflow, patterns)
