The default graph contains historical memories tagged with strat-gameplay, sba-scout, tui, ratatui, and related tags that should live in the strat-gameplay named graph.

Scope: Search default graph for memories with relevant tags/titles, move them to the strat-gameplay graph, update edges accordingly.

Notes:

The strat-gameplay graph is at ~/.local/share/cognitive-memory-graphs/strat-gameplay/
Gitea repo: cal/claude-memory-strat-gameplay
No migration tooling exists yet — may need a script or manual recall + re-store
