Migrate existing Paper Dynasty memories from default graph #5

The default graph contains historical memories tagged with paper-dynasty, card-game, gauntlet, and related tags that should live in the paper-dynasty named graph.

Scope: Search default graph for memories with relevant tags/titles, move them to the paper-dynasty graph, update edges accordingly.

Notes:

The paper-dynasty graph is at ~/.local/share/cognitive-memory-graphs/paper-dynasty/
Gitea repo: cal/claude-memory-paper-dynasty
No migration tooling exists yet — may need a script or manual recall + re-store
