Added scheduled-tasks/CONTEXT.md to claude-home repo documenting the headless Claude scheduled task system. Covers two patterns: (1) runner.sh template framework using claude-scheduled@.service template + per-task timer, and (2) custom dispatcher scripts with their own service units. Active tasks: backlog-triage, issue-poller, issue-worker, pr-reviewer, daily-report. Updated CLAUDE.md routing table to load CONTEXT.md for scheduled-task topics.
