## Context
VM 109 runs Home Assistant OS 16.3 (HAOS). Attempted to add to n8n health monitoring but SSH connection refused on both port 22 and 22222.
## Root Cause
HAOS does not ship with an SSH server by default. The "SSH & Web Terminal" add-on must be installed from within the Home Assistant UI before SSH access is available.
## Server Details
- VM: 109
- IP (primary): 10.10.0.215 (DHCP on main 10.10.0.x network)
- IP (Matter/IoT): 10.0.0.28 (on vmbr1 network)
## Decision
Defer adding VM 109 to health monitoring until the SSH & Web Terminal add-on is installed in HA. Not a priority since HA is generally stable.
## Also Deferred
VM 110 (discord-bots) was deprioritized entirely as it is being decommissioned.
