0179143fef Optimize CLAUDE.md and add session-memory scripts 
- Slim CLAUDE.md from 161 to 32 lines (80% reduction)
- Move detailed Memory Protocol docs to skill reference
- Add scripts/session-memory/ tooling
- Update settings.json and claude-pulse
