Sync sessions and update plugin registry

- Add 5 new session files (119182, 119428, 18475, 62555, 70349)
- Remove 2 old session files (1011977, 425942)
- Update installed_plugins.json and known_marketplaces.json
- Update claude-code-plugins marketplace index
