Update plugins metadata, CLAUDE.md, and rotate sessions

Browse Source 
- Updated installed_plugins.json and known_marketplaces.json
- Refreshed caveman and claude-code-plugins marketplace pointers
- Minor CLAUDE.md update
- Removed 5 old sessions, added 5 new session files
