Sync: update plugins, settings, and sessions

Browse Source 
- Updated plugin registry (blocklist, install-counts-cache, installed_plugins, known_marketplaces)
- Added skill-codex marketplace plugin
- Updated settings.json
- Removed 5 old session files, added 5 new sessions
